Health and wellness encompasses: fitness, nutrition, weight loss & maintenance, disease prevention, lifestyle change, emotional health, social and environmental health, occupation and finances, stress management and spiritual wellness.
There is so much information on all of these topics and it is very hard to decipher what is FACT and what is HYPE.

Facts is the beginning of a new personal journey to help you become the best version of yourself as we teach, empower, and motivate you to live your best life. If you are a non-paid member you will have access to ALL blog articles, with limited access to videos and presentations, and for those videos, articles and presentations, that you do not have access to, you will be directed to log in or register with the ability to upgrade your membership for full video, recipe, and presentations access.
Articles, recipes, videos and presentations will be updated with new additions weekly to continue delivering the most current and relevant information.
