Fit 4 H.I.I.T.
This exercise video uses Tabata protocol for high intensity interval training. A true Tabata consists of 8 rounds with each round totaling 4 minutes. In this video you will complete 2 rounds. Each round consists of two exercises and is repeated for 4 sets. The ration is 20 seconds of exercise to 10 seconds of rest. The continuous work to rest ratio challenges the metabolism and creates the intensity of the workout A warm up and cool down is included. You may repeat the video 2 -4 times depending on how long you want to work and how advanced your level is.
