This FIT In 5 video truly takes 5 minutes to complete and is a great full body workout when time is an issue. With only 5 reps per exercise, it is a great way to target most muscles and the cardiovascular system in a very short time. Most exercises in this video require no equipment except for the Pull Ups. If you do not have a pull up bar, you can modify using a door frame or skip this exercise all together. Pull ups and chin ups work the back and front of the upper body and are modified in this video using a chair for assistance. If you have more time you can repeat the video a few times depending on time and fitness level. This is a great routine to do on the go, at the office, while traveling as little space is required.
