Did you ever wonder why we underestimate the amount of calories we eat per day, or have a diet lacking in nutrients? The answer may lie in learning how to read food labels. This brief video offers an overview of why it is important to read food labels, how to deconstruct a food label and understand all of its parts, and teaches you how to apply this knowledge daily.
As scientific research is continually evolving, it is time to change the look and contents of the food label and this will be briefly discussed as well.
